Control of raw material density in the manufacturing process ensures that Poseidon wood barge mats have a hard, impact resistant surface. Poseidon laminated barge mats are constructed with red oak, beech, maple, pecan & hickory and glued with exterior grade polyurethane adhesive for superior strength and durability The laminating process creates a composite structure that resists fracture. The exterior is coated with a mixture of Water Seal and Bora-Care Termiticide Concentrate extending the life of the mat, resisting rotting and insect infestation.
