Poseidon Team fejrer en vellykket ConExpo 2023
Poseidon Barge displayed at ConExpo 2023 held in Las Vegas from March 14th – 18th. This was the first ConExpo since the Covid Pandemic and optimism was high. The week didn’t disappointed. Record numbers of attendees came out to see what they had been missing over the last few years in developments and innovations. Poseidon’s booth was busy from start to finish often to the point that multiple customers filled the booth to near capacity.
“It was an exciting show. We saw many new faces, and a lot of familiar ones. We are really grateful for the large amount of customers that took the time to earmark the Poseidon Barge booth as some place they must stop. Especially when there were thousands of booths that they could have spent time in. It was a great week,” Scott Sprunger, Poseidon Central US Sales said.
Poseidon showed off new accessories: 5 ft and 7ft fender systems with bits, and solar powered marker lights to name a few. The highlight of the show was the announcement of the new relationship between Combi-Float (Netherlands) and Poseidon Barge on the development of Jack-up Barges for the North American market. Combi-Float brings their 25 years of Jack-Up Hydraulic experience and Poseidon Barge brings their decades of sectional barge expertise. A new benchmark, in accordance with the Jones Act and US Made policies, will be set.
